Over the next three weeks, you will receive a practical tip each week to help you reach your goals faster. We call them the ReFocus-in-Action (RIA) Tips.
Explore each tip in the order suggested, or pick and chose as you please. The important thing is that you take action, create new habits and be more fulfilled and happier at work (and in life).
At least one — if not all four — of your new Supporting Beliefs in your ReFocus are a trigger for change.
Transfer each of them to your REFOCUS ACTION PLAN and then identify small actions you can implement immediately. Stay away from big goals because they can make you miserable!

Feeling highly motivated every day is impossible for most of us. Motivation levels go up and down all the time, so it’s critical to become really clear about why your new ReFocus is important to you.
Use the SEVEN WHY worksheet to discover your deepest motivation that will keep you on track when things get tough.
Making a change in your behaviour can feel pretty uncomfortable at first. It’s like putting one arm over the other, and then changing them around.
But we’ve got you covered. By using the W.O.O.S.H. technique, you will be able to prepare for potential obstacles before they happen, so that you build new habits faster.
